-Fore low and aft high vented wheel wells to direction of motion.

Wheel wells vented in this dynamic would reduce drag on the wheel caused by a chambered air in the wheel well that causes drag. This invention would reduce drag as the treads would indeed be more in harmony with the minute air friction created by the tire treads. If vents in the hood were located in front of the wheels and one vented to the lower front of the wheel and the other to the upper back of the wheel a paddlewheel of air force that increases with speed would reduce the non-dynamic friction of air created by the tire treads in effect having to paddlewheel air forward, this is drag against the direction of rotation.

Better mileage would be created if the wheels were vented in such manner. And there is plenty of space inside the fenders to do this.

A similar dynamic could be created with the real wheel wells.
