Should all patents represented filed by any patent lawyer who is disbarred
Should all patents represented filed by any patent lawyer who is disbarred be invalidated?
Yes!
And if that lawyer represented a University all of those patents should be disbarred and any proceeds from them to be transferred to the government to give the poor more food stamps for food only.
Bottom line, you cheated the American economy and you know it!

Inventions Needed Spring activated telescoping boat push pole
Inventions Needed Spring activated telescoping boat push pole 07 12 2012
How many times have you found yourself on a sand bar or in shallow water all too quickly.
Push poles are very inconvenient to store in your boat because they are often as long as the boat is.
What would be great is if you had a telescoping push pole that "telescoped" to about 12 feet long with the push of a button that activated a series of spring latches.
You drift up on a sand bar and quick grab the push pole, extend it and push yourself off the sand bar or through a shallow channel- as it were.
If not handled properly it could be dangerous. So it would never be marketed- but I would want one.
It would be kind of like the Gun and motorcycle helmet type liability. It wasn't the manufacturers fault the user did not exercise extreme care.

Inventions Needed: Camera with Digital Tri Level
Modern cameras should have a digital tri-level on the upper right corner of the LCD screen or seperate screen. A tri-level is one that levels on three axis's. This would be very beneficial to photographers of all types.
Also a camera could have a digital readout of the distance it is from the center of the lense to the floor. This would help portrait photographers as they often measure the distance from the ground to the center of a "portrait."

Socks with Rubber Spots 11 28 2011
The American worker is on his/her feet all day. What would really help those who are on their feet all day would be if a company marketed socks that had rubber spots or dots on the bottom of them.
The rubber dots should be about 1/4 inch in diameter and a little raised. They would greatly help alleviate tired feet.
The reason they are needed is because new shoes do not last very long for the American worker who is on his/her feet all day.
Some companies do make the treaded socks for people who just wear socks and don't want to slip but what I am talking about is a sock that has rubber dots on the bottom.

Invention Needed: Automotive Intake Air Preheat 05 02 2011
Invention Needed: Automotive Intake Air Preheat 05 02 2011
Air entering the combustion chamber should be preheated.
Background cold air causes fuel to condense. Combustion of condensed fuel is not as efficient and is indeed more polluting as more carbon monoxide is released as well as other byproducts of incomplete combustion.
How do we efficiently heat air before entering the combustion chamber and mixing with gas? It is very simple; air taken into the combustion chamber can be heated by passing it through a heat sink integral to the cars exhaust manifolds. The process will have to be computer controlled because it is a new concept. A heat sink is often a grid of strips of thin metal that dissipates heat, some form of this could also look like the grid from your engines radiator. Now there is another novel idea, an initial form of this engine could be where the air intake was located behind the radiator, however radiators would have to be built differently and guaranteed not to leak or at least censor monitored for moisture leakage. But my idea is more utilizing the rising nature of heat by creating a heat sink on the top of the engine much like an upper layer of cake that would be raised strips of thin metal. Cylinder configuration would have to be a little different to accommodate for this but that is something any 101 level engineering student could figure out. When inventing new things today you have to ask yourself what were the limitations regarding creative concepts that prior engineers faced that have been surmounted today with technology and innovation. What hurdles have we already leapt over that original engineers discarded innovation because they were limitations? What limitations no longer exist with regards to efficiency? There are many, and you wonder where all of our R&D money has been spent.
One danger that would need to be mitigated would be the heated intake air combusting the gas before spark and pre-firing. But the system should be devised where by the air can be chamber pre combustion chamber and injected into the cylinder. This would prevent backfiring of combustion into intake.
An engine such as this would be highly efficient because the heated air would indeed expand the gasoline gas and thereby less would be needed to produce the same combustion. In fact the system would become so efficient that oxygen could be electrolysed from water and the car could run on water.
Computer controls would be paramount in that initially the exhaust manifold is not very hot. Any motor that can figure out a way to utilize heat build, effectively a wasted energy, is a more efficient motor.
Solar panels on hood and roof surfaces would make cars extremely more efficient.
The technology exists today for a car to get 200mpg with the same horsepower and speed that they do today.
A heat sink rising from an exhaust manifold array could be located on the top of the engine or to the side in the case of V orientated cylinder.
Key factors that need to be considered are how hot is it likely to get and what are the combustion dynamics that need to be regulated regarding that.
One more point, an engine such as this would require less need to be cooled down because it is more efficient and the engine is cooled as air is brought into the intake. So the motor would need to spend less energy driving a water pump, that energy can be utilized to produce forward motion. This engine would be extremely efficient on drives more than ten minutes in length as the manifold heats up more. Also this would make cars in the colder northern regions more efficient during the winter.
Indeed such an engine could become so efficient that less spark would be needed for combustion, the need to generate less spark means less energy of the system is needed to produce such spark and therefore the motor is more fuel efficient. Fuel efficiency means one thing, how far can you go per the same gallon of gas.
I know what your critique is already, that you have the makings of your basic bomb with this; all automobile engines are the makings of the basic bomb. And in today’s age of computer controlled engines this is highly possible.
I may not be able to make money from my ideas in this country but I can sure give proof of when I thought of them. And because they are not in commercial production it is likely that I am the first to think of such things. This idea is not for profit this idea is meant to help the country. I do not claim to be the initial inventor of this idea although these are my original thoughts. And I would not doubt that our patent office backdates inventions in the guiltless and irresponsible name of corporate America. All that money will have done you no good when the planet no longer supports life because of you. And when you can not be proud of your actions you will have developed a conscience, and it is a conscience that governs humanity not greed.

Inventions Needed: Treadmill Design Improvements 04 19 2011
Whenever I get on a treadmill at a gym I don’t have enough to do. They need to make a treadmill that has a speed bag mounted on a platform to the front of the treadmill so that I can use my arms while I am running and develop coordination to hit the speedbag while running. They could even make one whereby the speedbag platform moves around a little bit.
Also the treadmill could have footprints painted on the conveyor belt so that I could develop more coordination by hitting those steps with my feet. At the very least a grid pattern could be printed on the conveyor belt in about 12”X 5” rectangles, to add a little variety to the exercise.
And lastly I do not like to watch the television when I run I just end up looking at the clock. The clock on the treadmill therefore needs to be placed at eyelevel and not lower than eye level as it is today.

Invention: Leg Press Powered Bicycle 04 02 2011
Invention: Leg Press Powered Bicycle 04 02 2011
A bicycle that uses the same type of leg force as a leg press dose at an exercise club. A bicycle such as this could do more than sixty miles per hour.
Current leg energy is wasted by the circular movement of the peddles. This invention transmits the same force that the leg uses in a leg press machine into forward movement per full length of the leg stroke. This is a much stronger force than that of the peddling in a small diameter motion.
The bicycle would have to be recumbent or low to the ground and the wheels would have to be enclosed and vented per fore low and aft high. A refractory mirror could be employed so that the “Cycler” does not have to “crane” his/her neck to ride it, thereby the frame could be made more aerodynamic and low to the ground.
One can transmit a tremendous leg force as is done in the direction of the leg moves in a leg press or squat. If you think about it the average sized man can learn to squat over 200 lbs, because this is how our legs are designed to be used not in the small diameter motion. I don’t know what the record for the squat is but I have seen men leg pressing 12 plates, that is 540 lbs. There is tremendous potential to transform such force into forward momentum. Could speeds of 200 mph be reached some day? With assist mechanisms of power such as solar panel electric drive motors that is likelihood.
Moving the legs in the full forward stroke is also healthier for the leg muscles.

Golf Club Shaft Vibration Damper
Invention 04 02 2011
Golf Club Shaft Vibration Damper
This invention of mine is meant to decrease the shock to the wrists and hands from the force created when the club hits the golf ball. In essence it is made of a rubber, polyurethane or similar material that is able to reduce vibration. A collar is made of such material and placed at a point on the club shaft or more than one point. It would be of low profile construction and thereby close to the shaft.
We have all felt that jarring twang when we hit the ball and the club vibrates into our wrists. This can cause or worsen arthritis over time. This invention is designed to reduce the vibration to the hands by such gold ball hits by damping it, in effect absorbing it into the material and thereby dissipating it.
Background:
In it’s simplest form it could be thought of to be a section of discarded golf grip placed along the shaft between the club handle and the grip.

Invention Needed:
Fan for Your Underwear 04 02 2011
A silver dollar or coin sized fan that runs on a watch battery and is humidity activated. It has screening to protect you from the fan blades. And would fit in slots in your underwear. This invention would eliminate the moisture in your crotch that is the breeding ground for fungus and germs.
Of course you would have to have to learn and maintain habits regarding cleanliness for this area to start.
Our modern clothing is not ventilated in this area for those of us who are active. And contrary to what most people believe you can catch sickness from sitting in a chair were somebody’s germy butt sat. Your dirty butt is full of germs such as E-coli, etc. If you ever talk to someone and their breath smells like a toilet they have a Candida infection whereby they have not been active and do not have a health gastrointestinal tract. What this means is that germs that are meant to populate their lower intestinal track have populated their whole bodies. These types of people are usually in a fog of stupidity. If you talk to them and get a good whiff of this you are likely to get sick because your upper respiratory tract has not been accustomed to the germs that have broken through the resistance of theirs.
A humidistat would turn the fan on when the area got “moist” (don’t know what this would say about women) and dry the area to prevent the formation of fungus and the growth of other bacteria and germs that thrive in this warm moist environment. It would also stop the spread of hemorrhoids which are indeed a germ infection much like the gastric ulcer was found to be.

Automotive Invention to reduce the air friction drag created by tire treads 04 02 2011
Automotive Invention to reduce the air friction drag created by tire treads 04 02 2011
-Fore low and aft high vented wheel wells to direction of motion.
Wheel wells vented in this dynamic would reduce drag on the wheel caused by a chambered air in the wheel well that causes drag. This invention would reduce drag as the treads would indeed be more in harmony with the minute air friction created by the tire treads. If vents in the hood were located in front of the wheels and one vented to the lower front of the wheel and the other to the upper back of the wheel a paddlewheel of air force that increases with speed would reduce the non-dynamic friction of air created by the tire treads in effect having to paddlewheel air forward, this is drag against the direction of rotation.
Better mileage would be created if the wheels were vented in such manner. And there is plenty of space inside the fenders to do this.
A similar dynamic could be created with the real wheel wells.

Combination Pressure Washer and Vacuum Quick Car Washer 03 27 2011
Invention
Combination Pressure Washer and Vacuum Quick Car Washer 03 27 2011
The beautiful thing about this car washer is that it is quick and easy to use. A flexible dual hose system is incorporated with it. The top slat of the car wash head, that is shaped like and elongated rectangle, sprays out soapy water with just enough soap to loosen common dirt. There is a brush that runs around the perimeter of the head and across the inner length that separates the water spray function from the water vacuum function. The bottom slot of the washer head is a vacuum head much like your shop vacuum.
Very little water is spilled on your sleeves or slops around. It can be used in cold weather better than one could wash with a bucket of water and a towel because the cleaning water is vacuumed up after it has cleaned. It works much like a carpet cleaning vacuum accept the spray water is of a higher pressure.
One could simply fill the spray reservoir with mild soapy water, plug the machine in and spray vacuum your car clean.
The brush would be of soft long bristles.
There would be less ice buildup on your garage or driveway in winter as most of the water would be vacuumed up and your car would be less likely to have frozen doors or windows as the warm water is vacuumed up.

The cure for sebaceous cancer tumors
The cure for sebaceous cancer tumors?
The nature of my invention stems from reading the January 19th issue of Investor’s Business Daily entitled,
“Magnets used to attract medicine”
Time-release pills aren’t always effective because they drug doesn’t release at the optimal spot for absorption in the digestive track. Researchers at Brown University have developed a magnetic pill system they say can safely hold a pill in place while the medicine is released in the stomach. The scientists said in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences that they’ve used the procedure without harm on rats. It may one day be used to treat cancer and diabetes in humans.”
How hard would it be combine a chelated form of iron with a anticancer agent? Taxol the expensive anticancer drug was derived from the Pacific Yew tree, an evergreen. Pycnogenol is a readily available over the counter pine park extract.
Can I envision a future whereby one could take a chelated form of iron and combine it with something like pycnogenol. Use some household method such as heat to combine the two into a new molecule. And then if I wanted to take it a step further magnetize it by exposing it to the hollow cylinder of an electric magnet coil?
The method could then be used to treat cancers close to the skin surface. Where by a powerful magnet could be held to the skin surface much like a band aid.
The magnetic compound taken internally would be attracted to this magnetic field and therefore concentrate in the area of the tumor.
Walla a cheap and effective way to treat cancer tumors.
The problem with chemotherapy drugs today is that they affect more cells than the cancer cells because they have to be given in a dose high enough to kill the cancer. In other words they have a broad spectrum toxic effect on all of the cells of the body. This is one novel way to overcome this broad toxicity as a lower dose could be used and it would eventually become concentrated at the site of the cancer where the magnet is placed.
In the case of a deeper tumor arteries that led to the tumor could be targeted with the magnet as a way to direct flow of the iron based compound. What could be achieved here would be the watershed method whereby once the magnet is released the medicine concentrate flows to the area of cancer.
The strength of the magnetic field needed to target lung cancers at the depth below the skin surface could also be measured and a lung cancer patient could where the magnets under his shirt. (We would be far better off banning tobacco smoke though.)
Once the scans have been made at the doctors office the optimal placement place of the magnet could be marked with a pen with strong ink.
Could something of this nature be mixed up in the kitchen sink and household magnets used? Stay tuned, you might buy it from your pharmacist in a drink mix much like a lemonade powder packet, whereby you just add water.

All Microwave Ovens should have a smoke detector and alarm built into them.
This would prevent many fires when the wrong settings are used.
Basically food you cook in a microwave should and will never smoke unless it is one fire.
The smoke detector can be made to either trigger the alarm, or turn the machine off or both.
I have accidentally used the wrong setting three times and so has just about everyone that I know of.
This could save many lives. It could save a lot of damage to property etc.
President Obama allocate this to the write department and made it so.

All Public Urinals could scan a mans urine for disease
All public urinals could be made to have scanner or sensor technology such as infraspectrometers sp?, to scan the cascade of a mans urine to diagnose disease.
Sensor and microchips have become so cheap that I foresee that this could easily be a feasible action.
You could also put them in bars and if a person has had too much to drink it would tell them.
There are many applications to this.
If we can scan and see the naked bodies of people in airports today, why can't we scan just the urine for diseases, and things that should not be there. This could indeed lead to the prevention of pandemic diseases in the future.
This would greatly increase the health of the American Population.
I don't know what you would do about womens health regarding this. And also I don't know what we will do when the clean water flowing down the urinal shows disease is already present.
I am going to forward this one to FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Association.
We could also screen everyone entering the country for narcotics in this manner. Unless of course you are of the mindset that we need more of those people here.

Tin foil that absorbs cooking oil 10 31 2010
This would be a great invention to benefit the health of the average American. Tin foil/ Aluminum foil that you could line your oven pans with as I do now for items like frozen foods cooked in the oven that are greasy like fried chicken that you bake or french fries that you bake.
It would also be good to set foods on that you removed from the frying pan that are greasy too.
This product might have three layers, the top being perforated in some way, the middle layer being some type of absorbent like a clay based product and the lower layer being captive and leak proof.
In quick summary the food you cooked this way would be less greasy and more healthy.

Subway Air Vent Electric Producing Turbines 09 17 2010
Okay, why not do it?
Have vents into the street surface that contain turbines the blades of which are the diameter of the vent pipe.
When a subway train went by the vacuum and equalization pressure for and aft would turn the turbines. Of course they would have to be well maintaned and the distance between placements optimized. They would not even have to go all the way to the surface, in subways a horizontal shaft could be on top and parraleel with the train shaft. This would produce the same effect.
We need to think of more ways to produce electricity from the byproduct forces of our activities.

Transparent Cap Roof Vent Replacement Caps and Retrofits
09 12 2010 4:00 PM Invention Needed: Transparent Cap Roof Vent Replacement Caps and Retrofits
Invention, roof cap vents or retrofit kits made from the same material as domed sky lights.
This material can withstand the elements and has been proven in skylights
There could also be a retrofit cap that could be easily pop riveted to the collar of a standard cap vent.
This retrofit would provide illumination to dark garages and attics with little additional cost as roofs have vent caps already. An optimal time to replace these would be when roof shingles are replaced, but in reality if there is an existing hole through the roof where there is a cap vent already they could be easily replaced at any time.
As far as I know this is my idea and design. I am divulging it to the public because the patent system and rights to intellectual property have been corrupted.
I do not claim any right to this and have not searched this out. I do know that a great market potential exist for these that has not been addressed, and would save this country energy.
There will never be the spirit of invention in this country the way it was in our countries history ever again. The spirit of invention that built this country is now stolen. The small inventor with the best ideas does not have a chance anymore, as he did in the history of this country.
The true inventors of things never get credit or remuneration in this country anymore. What do they get demonized, labeled as crazy and put on medicine so their ideas can be shamelessly stolen, by of all people Satan. Don’t laugh because it is true.
The more intelligent in this country are demonized by Religious orders, and their ideas feed the mouths of the brazen women of the time of Rome. This is why the Arab world hates us and quite frankly I and the one percent of our population who suffer shamelessly at their hands do not like it either, we loath it.
The patent system in this country has been subverted to the will of university research and corporate monopoly. The crime lords and Universities use nonlethal technologies to drive these people “Crazy” and discredit them. This allows them to steal without threat of culpability.
They use nonlethal weapons to torture those of greater intellect and loot their minds under the protective guise of organized religion and psychiatry to maintain a false status Quo in this country. And yes Wall Street is part of this too, and they do not have our best interests at heart, only their own bank accounts. They care little for Democracy.
So go ahead take this and claim it as your own, you have done so with most of my intellectual property for the last forty years.

The Cure for all Viruses and Bacteria: Superheated Blood 09 08 2010
Invention Needed:
The Cure for all Viruses and Bacteria: Superheated Blood 09 08 2010
What I have envisioned is a device similar to a dialysis machine, but instead of or in addition to filtering your blood, it heats it up to the temperature of a very high fever, when it goes through the machine. The length of time exposed to heat can be controlled and the blood can indeed be cooled before it is reintroduced to the person via catheter. Cycle times could be controlled for optimization. Viruses and bacteria could be cured in this manner. The flue could be extinguished. There would never be another plague. Future generations of the device could be worn on the forearm. Portable units could be attached by those at risk in remote operations. A vein puncture at the bend of the elbow and one at the other end of the machine in the future at the wrist would be all that is needed.
Background: It is known that a fever cures many illnesses as it raises the temperature to where the germs cannot survive.

This one could be the cure for aids. But I do know if I really want to cure that. See my articles on my religion blog and crime against humanity blog for the reasons why.

Invention Needed: Landfill Catalyst
This one is on the lighter side:
I bet if you took the entire contents of a landfill, put it in a vat of stirring water and added a hardening catalyst and other catalysts that you would have the perfect material for paving a new road that would virtually last forever. The material would need to be ground to a uniformity and in the same manner that it took Edison thousands of tries to find the appropriate filament for a light bulb, that you could find the appropriate catalysts to convert entropic landfill material into something useable such as material for paving a road.
The consistency of this material would most likely be that of dried oatmeal on a pan I think as I eat my morning barley. It would need to be sealed at the microcellular level or there would also need to be a catalyst to purge and destroy cellular walls, thereby eliminating a water retention issue.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU EAT YOUR BREAKFEST ANYWAY??????
